summary | This place was recommended to me by my uni friend. In the heart of Cabramatta shopping district, it doesn't look like much from the street, in fact I was a little hesitant to try. I have walked past this place a few times and not thought about going in. But, I finally did and I'm glad! It's not upmarket, but the service is fast and friendly and the food doesn't disappoint! On weekends (especially Saturday) you may need to line up out the front and wait 10 minutes or so, but it's worth it! Plus there are many cheap and cheerful shops to look at. Expect to spend a couple hours here after lunch, there is something for everyone!

summary | just a quick stop off at Capitol Square. Home of one of my favourite dessert places in my most favourite place in Sydney. Upstairs is a kids wonderland (including me!) of skill testers to win toys and photo booths to take lots of cute pics. Downstairs is a small food hall with delicious asian food and Passion Flower. Boasting an extensive menu dedicated to delicious desserts and even a page for delicious beverages and coffee's. I recommend going with a small group of friends after dinner or someone special for a midday snack.

summary | it's not Cabra or Bankstown, but it's good. The service is fast and super friendly, the meal is value for money (as it is in North Sydney). If your stuck around this area and want something delicious, I definitely recommend it. This little place is tucked away in an outdoor foodcourt which caters for the North Sydney lunch crowd. So if your looking to hang out and catch up with a friend, I suggest a bowl of Pho then go to one of the many coffee shops afterwards, as the customers are in and out, in and out! There is outdoor and indoor seating (as per pic). I went there with some uni friends for a quick lunch!

summary | I believe Pho Pasteur at Bankstown is better than the Parramatta one. But I find the experience is not consistent. While I always enjoy the Pho at Bankstown, some experiences are better than others! I also find that after eating the Pho I am quite sleepy. I am not sure what will cause this (msg? gluten?). I also had a pretty bad flu, but was craving soup, so instead of ordering my regular Vietnamese Ice Coffee, I ordered a Lemon Soda which was deliciously refreshing! There is only 25 items on the menu plus beverages, so don't expect a wide variety, however if you enjoy Vietnamese food you won't be disappointed.

summary | I've been to this place a few times and after every time I go I can never remember if it was good. So I decided to go last night. Firstly it has a very relaxed atmosphere, located on the corner, this restaurant is bigger than your average place and has inside and outside seating. I sat inside, but I did see heaters outside and also blinds that are pulled down to block wind. Each time I have been there, the wait staff have been very helpful and attentive. On first appearance I was a little worried that it wasn't going to be good. But the soup was absolutely delicious and rich with flavour, most soups are a bit diluted, but this soup was steaming and exquisite. The meat was a bit fatty, but it was tender and melted in your mouth. I was very surprised how good it tasted and I ate the whole bowl without realising! The western soup spoon did not help (I'm sorry I hate western spoons for Pho), nor did the bitter coffee. Although delicious on a cold winter's night, I don't think I will be craving in a hurry. But definitely worth a look!

summary | Pho 76 at Green Valley admittedly is my favourite . Not only is it convenient for me, but it is consistently good and is cheap! The atmosphere is friendly but efficient and staff are always happy to help. There are also bathroom tucked away which is always convenient. There are a variety of dishes to choose from, not as extensive as some other places, but I think this works to their advantage as the dishes are quality. If your out in the western suburbs, it is worth the travel!
